can anyone help me

i am trying to get slidehangup signed using the open signed option on the website but when i go to do it i get this message

FAILURE: Submitted .sis file uses uses capabilites that were not selected
FAILURE: Submitted .sis file uses a UID that is not allocated to the account holder matching this email address (0xa000180a )

can anyone tell me what it means or what im doing wrong plz?

You can't use open signed for Slidehangup.. So far only these apps..
