Just to let people know that Rogers Flex Rate Plan is now available on all devices including the N95. I just switched over. Starts at $50 for 500MB and automatically tiers up based on usage. Still pricey but better than the $65 for 1GB flat rate I was paying. Also in case your wondering you can't sign up for the 3G Voice and Data plan with the N95. It's currently only available for the iPhone.

Sorry, yes Canada only. I wasn't aware Rogers operated outside of Canada.

I'm wondering why a Canadian wireless data plan would appeal to anyone with an actual competitive wireless industry.

There's also a cheaper plan that Rogers has started offering which gives you 300MB for $30 but it doesn't have automatic tiers so overage charges are a danger.

Where did you see a $30 plan? Do you have a link?

i dont have a data plan on my phone, why pay for 1?
i use the free wifi whenever i can
its 2 expensive to have a data plan imo

$65 for 1GB of data...that is why I hate Rogers. For only another 25 bucks in the states...ATT, TMo, and Verizon can hook you up with unlimited, well unlimited everything.
