From my perspective it is just tough luck. My phone cost me nothing, and upgrades happen over time, it is the nature of technology.

I will admit the upgrade came a bit quick which does make me slightly suspicious, but as the phone works perfectly for my needs I am not too bothered about it.

Saying that, some kind of trade in or replacement system would have been a nice touch by Nokia, but again I doubt this would apply to me either.

I'm not quite concerned about the N95-3 release (it's the 8GB model right?), since the one i have is enough for me. But i don't know which model i have.

What differs between the N95-1 and the N95-2?
