If it was set to 'No Log' it may have been an explination to your problem
Unfortunately, you're not the first to come accross this problem, and as far as I have found, a Firmware re-installation is the only current solution (Users failing when attempting a hard reset)
I would suggest trying a hard reset first (*#7370# - Security code 12345 by default) just to e safe
But if no luck is found after that, then re-install the firmware from
here
