Is my light sensor broken? At minimum but keypad lights still on?

Is my light sensor broken? I set it to minimum but screen is still bright, and lights are on in daytime when i push a key?

Try updating the firmware or re-install..If it doesnt work,you got a hardware problem.

I tried that, still makes no difference :( Guess I will take it to a service center, I only just got it replaced!

Could you tell me how it should work? The lights go out and screen dims when not using, but when I press a button it always lights up currently.

Mmm, seems the lights on the right are not working either! Coupled with the fact the product code is invalid it seems I have been done!
