n95 us version and new firmware

i want to know, if I used the debranding metod to change de code of my n95 us version to an european version and then upgrade my firmware to new one v20, i would lost the 3g capabilities of US or it would work like always?
any other risk besides loosing my warranty?

it might render your n95-3 nam useless. i am on the same boat waiting for a update from nokia.

the V20 FW is for the N95-1 ONLY. For some reason the -3 is the forgotten stepchld of the N95 family where you think the -1 would have been but its not. So I repeat DO NOT try to upgrade to V20 on a -3 if for some reason you manage to find a way to.
