and does anyone know where I can get my hands on a service manual for one of these??

The N95 sand parts are all in stock, its just the keypads which are not in stock, I haven't got an ETA on those yet unfortunately. Yes, we do ship to Australia.

I don't have a service manual on hand, but if you have a search around these forums, there's a link around here somewhere !
