Nokia N95 software, downloads, themes

with out a doubt the N95 is becoming the best phone on the market all down to the accelerometer
the little toys you can get now are mind blowing

shake to do this
flip to do that
rotate to do the other

it is clear to see we have two heavy weight contenders
in the red corner we have bysamir and in the blue we have FlipSilent International

so who is winning the race and which program is the best

To tell you truth,all i have on my N95 is Nokmote and Rotate me....and i don't even use them.

At first I thought they were awesome, and rushed to install. Now I'm finding myself only ever really using RotateMe. I don't really get enough calls to warrant ShutUp being active.

Logan and MrG, i beg to differ. Currently i have RotateMe v2.1, Nokmote, Flipsilent, Shakelock, and many other (fun) accelerometer applications.

The 4 i have mentioned above i use all the time. however i use Flipsilent's "slide down to activate loudspeaker" function more than the accelerometer's flip-to-silent function.

Everybody has different usage. Just personally I don't get enough calls to warrant having ShutUp active. The end call slide down feature is great, but I simply installed the 'mini-app' that OPDA released to do that.

but shutup is good if you do get a lot of calls
i maybe just being picky but having to slide up the phone and press green (answer a call) and then sliding it back then press red (ending a call)...
really got on my nerves

flipping the phone over to go on slient hmmm i just don't see the need

how ever the up coming shaketxt now that really has my interest

I have tried a few, but now only use rotateme. Sliding to end call is is sweet, but it took some time to get used to LOL

MR G how do you find the need for nokmote because all i really see that program is a novelty

It seems Ren Tong is getting a bit greedy now. No longer does he accept small donations but he gives you a strict choice of how much you HAVE TO donate.
Samir has never done this, and hopefully never will.
