just wondering would this be suitable for use with the n95-3?

ive tried using usb to charge my phone but it doesnt charge just only able to disconnect the battery and power the phone but not charge.

saying as this device only outputs upto 700mah it might not be able to handle the charge requirements.

Yes, it will be fine. The Black micro charger however won't be, so make sure you go for the full size white one. I have one, and it charges both my N95-1, and n95-2 to full charge from a full charge itself.

yeah i got my charger this week. anyway im charging my n95 from 14% battery level and its been hooked up to the charger for over an hour and according to the PhoneNetInfo its still sitting on 14%.

no other apps and wireless and bt is turned off. Battery status says Battery Disconnected (powered by charger), Charger status says Charger on.

so does it mean i must turn my phone off for it to charge?

charger was fully charged before using with phone.

Which Proporta did you get?

No, you dont need to switch your phone off to charge it with the Proporta. i dont anyway. It wont charge your N95 as quick as a mains charger. It kind of trickle charges your handset. Not actually timed mine charging to be frank.

If it's a proporta, you have to press the button to start the charging.
