Camera Damp Penetration?
Just had my N95 8GB a few days, weather today was wind and light rain, outside for a walk, decided to take some shots, came out fine, put phone back in coat pocket for a few minutes, took some more, camera viewfinder screen looked like a TV screen with low signal interference, "snowing effect" three hours later, back at home, tried again in dark room with low light levels,
OK!
Flash seemed to work well,
Have a feeling damp got in to phone outside, just affected camera, rest of screens OK,
anyone had same prob?

Can you physically see any moisture in the lens?

None to be seen now,
I get the feeling that the damp, if it was that, was causing an electronic problem with just the camera, rest of the phone seemed fine, there was no "Optical Distortion" on the shots, that would have been caused by water drops on the lens,
Have also posted on -
N95-8Gb Technical thread (no contract discussions) - Page 31 - AVForums
You can see some of the shots i took there

Thanks for posting the shots,
Did not think about logging on,
First one is worst, second minutes later, getting better, third, few hours later back home,
That was over a week ago, been fine since,
Till yesterday, using outside, same thing, not raining,
Seemed to happen when you started camera up, did not effect other parts of phone
rang Voda, for advice, they suggested a 14 day exchange, yesterday was day 13
Will try replacement tomorrow

Excellent. Let us know how you get on with the new handset, and if it apears to be a refurbished handset, demand a brand new one.!
