Camera processor (DM290)

I know that the camera processor used by the n95 is an OMAP DM290 (Goldeneye) produced by Texas Instruments but I cannot seem to find any information on its capablities or acrhitecture. Does anyone know anything about this processor or has a general view on its architecture ? Is it similar to the DM270 used on older nokia phones ?
