Moving the camera too fast. Try going a little slower.

I can't see the images but it sounds like what everyone is saying that you are moving too fast. Try taking the initial picture and then move the phone to get the 2 boxes to line up and then pause there for a second and you should be able to hear the shutter go off, then move on

well in the preview the image looks fine... so I dont get it.

Try by installing the application on to local drive. Uninstall the application and reinstall on your local drive (not on memory disk)...
