Well,
if it is basing the language off your IP address then there may not be much you can do.
Find your IP by going to a site like
this (using the same wifi connection) and see if it belongs to a Spanish speaking region.

You can select the language from the main page, the one you go to after the warning page.
Scroll down near the bottom, see where it says English on the attached pic.
Or you could just try clearing your cookies.
