Videora setting - please help

Hi all, sorry if this is already on here, but i've searched and can't find an answer.

i am wanting to use videora to convert vob files for my N95 8GB. please can anyone tell me what the settings in videora should be as i've tried lots and when i copy the fils to my phone it either won't play them at all and returns straight to the main menu or i get very grey blocky performance.

please help as the phone playing fils was one of the main reasons i got it.
