i don't use ie but you can't synch rss feeds? for the second question, if you're talking about this forum..go at the bottom left of the page and select mobi instead of blaze on it.

Not sure you can sync between the two but holding the action key down on a none-clickable part of any RSS enabled page will allow you to add the RSS feed to the 'Web Feeds' section.
If you already are aware aware of that, then I apologise - I found it by mistake!
