Have you tried to repair NSU? Reinstall it, and see if it repairs it, you must reboot following repair.

i have now done everything you said and established a phone connection but not yet tries NSU

my NSU does it's job on Vista,but when the app is closing it takes forever and then it pushes out that message you all talk about
