Mine is 15.01x10.97x1.0 mm, I imagine that yours will be the same... a larger size is unlikely to fit... ;)
Isn't the capacity of your card marked on it? if not, use a card-reader and check 'properties', or whilst the card is in the phone go to 'Memory' and it will display the memory capacity.
The largest card generally available at the present time for the
N95 is 8GB.
