How do set my email

Hi , i have a n95 8g , Ive got everything to work but have fallen shy of setting the mail.
I dont understand .... do i have to have a complete new email address? i cant use my own existing one? How do i get a new one without setting it up with my internet provider ?Im wanting more to send mail to others rather than receive.

you can set up your existing email. ask for its settings and know if it is imap or pop email. what kind of email do you have? is it yahoo, gmail, etc?
