Any good UK TV listings sites?

I know there are loads of UK TV listing sites on the internet but I'm having trouble finding one that is optimised for use on a mobile (my N95 obviously!) and, if possible would allow me to select the channels I watch most and remember this selection.

Does anyone know of such a site?

I used to use DigiGuide, which is a pay-for service, but it was pretty good and it has a mobile version, the trial of which (I'm no longer a subscriber) seems ok. Radio Times also offer some stuff either through subscription or through your carrier (i.e. Vodafone Live!) if that's an option.

Must admit though, the other services like tvguide.co.uk aren't very small screen friendly...

I'm sure there used to be an ITV mobile site,and it had all listings on it too.
