I have just got off the phone with the Carphone Warehouse and placed an order for mine £29.99 on O2 max £70 per month, i am an existing customer so they are also going to call me the day it is released and offer me an upgrade as an alternative. Also for £29.99 :D .

The reason i placed a new order was to guarantee i get it the day after they do, 24hour delivery. i can change my mind on the new account for 7 days and get the upgrade instead, my worry and the main reason for doing this is that i am convinced we are going to see another Wii situation where everywhere is going to be sold out in a couple of days after the initial release, this way i get the phone immediately as a pre order customer....

Win Win Situation really

And the guy said the system shows 2 to 3 weeks before release.

I just pre-ordered mine from a US site. They expect it to be here in 5-10 days but there is no guarantee. They said they would get it at the same time or before any other US supplier. Anyway, here is the site:

It is expensive but i use the minutes, and my company pays the bill so i don't care!
