FlipSilent, which I believe CAN be signed using SS, has much the same function, I'm told... You might try that instead?
Thanks for the pointer spook.....Flipsilent V1.04 onwards has the slide hang up feature and it can be signed using the open signed online....works a treat....thanks..

if there is a way to sign apps with having a hotmail address can someone post how to?

I have used Open Signed with my hotmail account. It works fine and I received the emails almost instantly. I would suggest checking your spam filter and perhaps adding "@symbiansigned.com" to your safe senders list.

Has anyone managed to sign the current unsigned version using Open Signed? It hasn't worked for me yet...

Not yet - sorry Ashes - but JBak Taskman "Open signed" is still not available. Just keep your eye on "Google" or other forums for any version higher than v0.97 as anything newer should be what you and I are waiting for!!

probably even better? tbh haven't used slidehangup but flipsilent has the added feature of turning the phone onto it's face to put the phone into silent to mute the ringer, works fantastic for me. it's also only active when a call comes in so the accelerometer is dormant at all other times (battery saving, unlike stuff like rotateme)
