Right this is gonna sound like a real dumb question, but where do i find the link for the V.20 software, also is there a link for the software update manager programme as my original software from the disc keeps failing.

Sorry for the dumb questions guys, but i really struggle on stuff like this.

Andy, the best and most accurate way to find the lastest firmware is to connect your phone to your PC and run Nokia Software Updater.
This will scan the firmware on your phone and also list any possible updates.
Dont worry, it wont install ANYTHING without your consent.
