Issues with upgrading to Firmware V20.Pls help!!

Hi Guys

Am having major issues upgrading my current firmware (V12) to latest (V20). The official NZ website confirms upgrade is available in this region but when i connect my N95 it says V12 is current. I rang Nokia and pretty much got nothing back. They were referring to my N95 running on Voda Platform and hence might not be able to upgrade or some crap like that. This really sux as i want to get V20.

What options do i have? What can i do? Is it product code related? If it is, i was under the impression if it says its available on the Nokia website for NZ, regardless of product code, i should be able to upgrade right?

Your advice/help is much appreciated.

Prodigy21... You seem to be in the habit of repeating very similar questions in different sections of the forum... Please try and break this habit, I'm growing tired of correcting it!

Click in the 'Tips' tab in the header on this page and you'll see an article on de-branding and upgrading (or you could have read my sig earlier and linked from there!)

Be aware that technically, de-branding will void your warranty though, so consider it carefully!
