hi all, i had a n95 back in march last year with tmobile uk and that had a solid slide with the old rail, iv now got a new n95 (2 month old) and it has the new rail and is even more solid than the first, if ur n95 isnt solid then its worth getting the new parts if you can, theres 2 parts thats changed, the metal black rail as shown in the pics and the white plastic rail thats under it that keeps the slide frm wobbling

service center

does this mean that if i now take my phone to a nokia repair center they will be obliged to change the slider for free? I did take it about a month ago but i was told there was nothing they could do as it was not deemed a problem by nokia and there was no rectifications available.

Here in Greece we live in the stone age!
When i first bought my N95 i took it back because of the very wobly slider and demanded that they would fix it or give me an other device that had a stif slider, but their answer was negative as they told me that they could not fix the loosenes and defenetly would not change the device because of the loose slider!
Now they tell me that there is no such thing as a new rail!!!! even thow i showed them the pictures of it that show the new serial number and the diferent holes, they tell me that it might be some photoshop trick!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can anybody give me an E-MAIL of the oficial NOKIA complaint department or somewere were i
contact NOKIA FINLAND so they can put some sence in these clowns over here in Greece because alot of people here are fed up with them!
