Angry PLEASE help me

hya every 1 I havent a clue wot my hubby has done to his mobile but every time some one rings him they get the chorus of a tune playing in the background (he hasnt even got the tune playing, on his phone any more).
Hes changed his sim card but kept his old number and the dam song still keeps playing while waiting for him to answer, He cant hear it playing only the person making the call!!!
Ive been through all the setting but cant figure out how to stop it doing this (he doesnt even like the tune any more) Dont know if he done this on his n95 or n91 but it doesnt matter what phone hes using it still happens.... Please I hope some one can help with this problem Thanks for any advice regards

It only a ringtone for persons phoning him.I can't remember what they're called now but my mate had them when he was with T-mobile.

I think by phoning the network provider you'll be able to get rid off these,it can't be done on the phone as it's network based.

This must be some sort of network service he has activated, since you say it's not dependent on which phone is used. What network is he on ?

Sounds like he has purchased a dialtune that plays the tune instead of a normal ring when someone calls,call carrier to cancel

they're called different things in different places but it is done through the service provider. Here they're called ringbacks, answer tones, and I think there's a couple other names for them as well

This is definitely a tune issue,its called the Caller Tune in NZ. And yea, this feature is provided by the network operator. In NZ it is only offered in CDMA network/phones. Not available in GSM/Vodafone.
