I dont get what the issue is here....
Service centres have the update, so can therefore put it on your phone if they wish.
The update is NOT available on NSU ....... yet. Hence changing your product code will not do anything!

so, i can just pop into my local Nokia Service Centre, and ask them to update my firmware to version 21.0.016? and they'll have no problem doing that for me?
**EDIT** ok the nearest one seems to be about half hour drive from me! brilliant(!)

Can anyone confirm that this FW does not force camera sounds please? :)
I mean, I assume that if your product code doesn't allow, it still won't allow- but otherwise...?

these are the generic UK product codes that have been updated so far !
Many European (local) variants have been done too but there are too many to list

Hi Guys
I just checked every single product code listed above on the Nokia's - Check your software - Device software update page under "Can I update my Nokia device software?" and am sorry to say this but the lastest firmware on all the above product code is V20. I tired this is on both the nokia.uk and nokia.nz page. My question is, has anyone in this forum with these or other product codes actually got V21?? If so,pls advice.
Cheers

Flashed my phone to v21 via ways we won't go into here.
Seems pretty good - BBC iPlayer even sort of plays (although a bit choppy, out of sync and not resized correctly).
