I'm pretty sure that there is a genuine N95 from china that lacks these features.

According to the FAQ there is a 95-5 from Japan that doesn't. Does anyone know where I could find more info on this model. Believe it or not I'm just looking for a good camera with a phone, don't need the wifi.

Where did you purchase the phone?
Also, post here what comes up when you punch *#0000# into your phone.
