Dear all,

I have just reset my N95 phone by turned it on while pressing Green button, * and 3. The phone reset to factory setting.

Now I am installing the programs I need. The lock code still does not accept 12345 so I still can’t use it. But the Office program has already back to factory setting.

My firmware has been upgraded to v 20.0.015 already.

PC-Suite should give you the option to RE-flash it... (To the same version) :)

Dear Sp00k,

I am using Nokia PC Suit v.6.85.14.1 but I can not find the re Flash option there.
Can you be more specific at it?

first off there's no such thing as stupid questions, thats what we're here for.

Under PC Suite there's a button to update phone software (green square with an arrow), click this and it will open NSU (nokia software updater) and there should be a button to reflash the FW
