N95 8GB Unlocking (Vodafone)

Hi guys,
Sorry if there are also same thread have been posting here.

I've one question in my mind,

i've debranded my Vodafone N95 8GB to make me able to get latest firmware,
just wondering, is there any problem if i want to unlock the phone because i was thinking to swith to O2?....

From a technical point of view it makes no difference what firmware you are running. If you get the correct unlock code you will be able to unlock your phone.

The contractual and other procedural requirements are stated very nicely here Vodafone uk free unlock code

If you comply with these requirements I don't see any problem for you to get your unlock code from Vodafone.
