N82 PC Suite Loading Problem

I think you guys are the best ones to ask about this problem even though it is not an N95 problem.I have tried to load the PC Suite to my computer and it fails every time.It goes so far and then freezes up computer and also clears all desktop icons.I then have to switch off and wait for it to restart..Has anyone had this problem and is it best to try and get a different disk?Thanks.David.
