video encoding n95 8gb

Hi all,

Sorry, im a bit new to the n95 scene and just got the 8gb model a few days ago. im really blown away by it, its a fab piece of equipment :)

Anyway, im having a bit of grief with encoding videos and have a few simplistic questions which most of you all will be able to answer.

1) Regarding TV output, is it better to encode at 320x240 with a higher bitrate and better compression or at 640x480 with an average bit rate?

2) What is the maximum bitrate it can support without lag?

3) I came across a little problem where i can't delete some files on the video gallery which i have actually deleted off the device. when i try to it says something like its in use and invalid operation... nothing major but any ideas?
