nope.. you cant downgrade your firmware..
immediately after installing this firmware, i noticed that it is slow.. even takes 5 secs to open the menu.
i restarted the phone several times, to the same effect. FINALLY.. i could not take it anymore (the phone even hangs when i receive phone calls.. while the phone is on standby with no apps running at the background)
finally i could not take it and did a hard reset.. interesting to note, the phone is back on track.. just like it was before.
serious, im curious.. whats the improvements in this firmware.. i dont seem to notice anything different..

Hard restart...
How do you do a hard restart? I did a firmware 'upgrade' and the GPS is so slow to acquire sat's. It used to take no longer than a minute...now after 5 minutes it is still not a green light.

Did you change your product code and then change it back by chance? I had the same error after I debranded, upgraded to v20, changed my product code back to 3... It was fine once the 3 v20 firmware was up though...

I'll be dammned... I had this problem as well today... I don't think it's anything to do with the headset, but more with the firmware... I also noticed that I had to select 'Headset' when plugging it in, before I used to be able to plug it in and play...
A good test would be if anyone bought one of those desktop stands a few of us bought on ebay...

Don't know if anyone can help. Carried out the firmware update all ok. Restored the settings from my backup, only problem is it looks like it's restored some menu settings, so now I have some duplicate menus.. and some where they weren't pre-restore. Any way I revert back to the correct menu layout?

the best way is not to restore the settings from back up, but to redo all your settings. just restore your contacts.

Really?
Tried my 3 (AU) N95-1 today and it still says no available updates (running V20). Product Code 0547466
Edit : Entered product code on Nokia website and it confirmed V21 was available, yet my NSU says there is no update.
Confused!
