Try making sure you've got the latest version of NSU or maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling...

Interesting, when I started NSU earlier it forced me to update it (was a 22MB download) I uninstalled that, went to the nokia site and found a 15MB NSU and now it's showing the V21 update :D

Anyone who runs Vista can't update there phone, nokia have withdrawn Vista support from NSU.

I just brought a new N95 8GB over the weekend, i debranded it then tried to update, nothing....rubbish.

Huge companies like Microsoft and Nokia shouldn't get in this postion.

I'm very disappointed.

Its only a temporary matter while they resolve the compatibility issue out due to lots of complaints regarding problems with the latest versions of NSU & PCSuite. I would expect a revised version of PCSuite will be released soon.

I know it's annoying but the error message implies their trying to find a fix...

Patience has come and gone. Vista has been out for almost 18 months and it is still a hunk of crap and nothing works with. Shame on Microsoft and Nokia.

There's plenty that works with Vista... If you've got important bits of hardware and/or software you're a fool for not checking compatibility with drivers before upgrading..

And if I understand NSU was until recently working with Vista...

ok, no clue what's going on. Installed the latest NSU trying to up from 20.0.0.15 to v21...doesn't show any updates. tried changing product code to several different euro codes, no updates shown. Anyone have any luck?

I completely agree, If it's Vista SP1 thats upseting NSU, SP1 has been released since Feburary and it's been in beta for 6 months before then !!!,

These problems should of been resolved earlier, i'm not desperate to update and i'm not impatient but this sort of thing should not happen.

I run Vista on both of my laptops, and on the whole very happy with the os, plus i don't want to spend a day messing about installing XP on one just to update my phone which should be an easy thing to do !!
