like someone previous I'm also on the PC suite beta ...dunno, anyway NSU keeps coming up with "Unable to find phone", the NSU faq's suggest enabling active standby, some forums say switch off firewall etc, I've uninstaled PC suite, NSU and reinstalled and repaired connectivity driver - no joy on all fronts, phone's fine otherwise

it's probably a software conflict somewhere - or as I'm begining to suspect it might have something to do with the non high speed USB ports on the pc I'm using? cos the NSU recommended specs lists "compatible usb ports" so I prolly need a system with high speed USB? - meh, I'll live

Hi all,

I suggest to run Device Status, a program from Nokia (MOSH), to document the status of the phone before doing the update. The program also lists all the installed applications in addition to the settings. The PC component transfers the status to the PC where it can be stored.
