Yes thats right folks, looks like EURO product codes and most probably APAC ones as well (although yet to be confirmed).

I'll update when I get into work and edit this post with any feedback.

Camera opening is about the same as V20, but the processing seems a tad quicker to me.
Rotating gallery seems a LOT smoother.
YouTube performance is good. Takes a few seconds to sort itself out in fullscreen mode, but is ok after that.

Nope, it's there for everyone to download... you might have to change your product code to a EURO one though to get it.
