I thought only iPhone has the fake clone, but N95 also the same thing. Pity the maker of the phone. |

Afraid to say, almost any device can, and has been cloned. just like Rolex watches for example, and the same with those too, from cheap seaside resort fakes, to 1:1 clones, which even fool some experts.

How can you tell if it's genuine or fake by looking at the firmware? Can those fakes have the same firmware? |

Its Genuine my friend, well done.!
Some of the later N95-2 clones, do show a genuine N95 firmware version when *#0000# is entered, however, its normally either an early N95-1 firmware version, or a V222 kind of code, which is quite obvious.

Just wanted to double check as i find my n95 doesnt feel as finished and solid as some of my mates, Results of *#0000#:
