Who do I call?

Who do I call when my phone has a fault and is still under the 12 months?

I've had GPS probs and followed everything on this site with still no joy and will be sending it away, but have no idea who to call?

Thanks

Scotts

Send a message via MSN to hairil.abubakar Send a message via Yahoo to hairil.abubakar
call up your network provider for starters. if not, you could head straight to a nokia service centre

have you had your sim card a long time?
i only ask because every year i would upgrade my phone with o2 and just swap the simcard to my new phone, when i first got my n95 8gb i did the same thing.
my gps was patchy and took ages to connect, i thought this was the norm, then i noticed my daughters sim card actuly had GPRS on the back but mine didnt, so i contacted 02 and requested a new sim.
the new one has the GPRS in the code on the back and now the gps function is brilliant.
it locks on almost instantly and keeps the signal better, browsing is also faster :)

I had the same problem as Kazuya.
(It was quicker for me to use a compass and a map)
requested a new sim card and it works instant now.
Give it a try Scotts cop and see how you get on.
If no joy just post back on the thread, Im sure someone else
will have another idea.
