Music PLayer N95 8GB

Guys please help out.N95's music player is really rocking but the problem is how can i sort tracks in stream path.Now they are sorted in alphabetical order,Artist order,Album order and there is playlist option also.What i mean by stream path is according to the order of folders in the mass memory.

This is the only big problem i face please help to sort this out.

i am sorry but as far as i know you cannot do this with the default player, nor is this option available with any 3rd party software. Why would you want something liek this anyway?

why you guys have a problem like this i didn't understand that well i m using the same model which you are using but i didn't find any problem




i think you should take the help of nokia care & talk abt them to your problem

No use calling Nokia Care on something like this. I have tried asking them advanced questions many times before and they always end up giving me a "general statement" which solves nothing!

I see the ID3 sorting as a great feature, I don't understand why it doesn't suit you, do your files have ID3 tags?

Anyway, you could just use File manager to access your "stream". But if you fire off a file from there, it won't automatically go to the next track and won't have equalizer options.

I used to have this problem as well. Simply because i hated using itunes and my id3 tags on allllll of my music was very scattered, resulting in scattered music, making it almost impossible to find a specific song. A good way around this is to simply pony up and sort your music collection! I am using a free program called Mp3Tag to be able to edit the id3 tags on batches of music. Well worth the time.

Yep, ID3 tags are the key. Sorting by Genre is especially useful for me, pick a mood, select the genre and you're all go! (I hate making playlists).
