Its about time they do that. But I do agree, I feel just fine with mine now. This is kind of late though considering that there is an N95-4 now and I'm sure there are differences in firmware there.

What I'd love to see is a better handling of the digital zoom. It's pretty awful at this point in time... not bad, but not great. I don't know if that's a possible software issue, but who knows.
Also, embedded flash? Please?

Is the update process clunky? My last update went just fine. Way better than having to buy a special cable and get bootleg software to update it (like I had to do in the past with sony ericsson devices.
And I hope this turns out to be true. I've been waiting for them to update this to a N95-1 type level for a long time.

Hopefully us n95-3'ers will get embedded Flash video finally.
I think we will also get DLNA certification so I can push songs to my PS3 from my phone.
