External Antenna?

Ok, Silly question time (I'm really good at these!)

Can an external antenna be fitted to an N95-1 ?

Afraid not, unless the mini USB has the capabilities, which I doubt.

I saw somthing a while ago that went in to the ear peace plug that looked like a antenna so that you did not have to have the head phone's in to listen to the radio...

just tryed to find but could not......it was just like a mini aerial

Ah yes, I've got something like that. It's puts the sound out on a certain frequency and is picked up by the car radio.

I was after an external antenna to improve the phones range in country areas.

So do you need an external aerial to listen to the radio or to get better network reception for use as a phone ?
