How to turn off voice dialling?

Sometimes the handset doesn't lock properly when closed and I keep activating voice dialling and running up huge bills.

How do I completely turn off the voice dialling "feature"?

I can't even find the voice dialing button on my phone i have changed the buttons to my own configerations.......

I have only ever used voice dialing when my phone is connected to my bluetooth car kit, then all i need to do is to press and hold the button on my dash from the car kit.

Lets say i was going to change left navigation key to voice dialing (i know how to change the keys) but what do i change it to in that long list ..

Very weird i looked at a few other web pages and they all say the same right soft key.......

May be there's a setting some where to switch voice dialing on/off, i do not seem to be able to find it and that brings us back to the start of this thread.

Are you saying the keypad lock un locks on your pocket ? and then dials a number ?

Thats very strage, why not put a pin code on the phone so when you lock it, you need a pin to unlock. That will stop a highly strange accidental unlock and dial from happening.

From the looking around I've done, it seems you can't turn the voice dialling off, or change the shortcut.

No, I'm saying sometime the lock does not engage and when in my pocket, voice dialling is activated.

I've never come across a phone where you can't turn off voice dialling (many people find it annoying and never use it) but there's nothing in the settings or manual that I can find.

Can anyone help?

Which N95 model with what firmware version do you have ? Is it branded or not ? Please update your profile with this info so we know better what we are trying to deal with.
