n95 8gb phone not displaying contact pic when receiving text

I have a n95 8gb when i received a text or sent on my contacts picture displayed but its now displays a envelope with a red star above it instead of the picture. my contact picture still displays with calls. does anyone know how to get my contact pic back. thanks

Please update your profile with your phone model (that would be N95-2) and current firmware (do the *#0000# thing) to help us help you quicker.

What have you done with the phone before it stopped showing the contact pic ? Did you install any applications, change any settings, upgrade firmware, etc. ?

Never known of that before to be honest chris,i did know an app that showed a pic but can't remember the name of it now,did you have an app installed out of interest as what your saying your phone is doing i've never heard of any others doing.
