Anyone seen strange grey boxes?

Last night, for about 10 mins, my phone started giving me a commentry on what I was doing in a grey text box at the top of the screen. It displayed text like "item selected" and "interaction ended" as I was pressing keys and using apps.

It looked very like some kind of debug output.

Anyone else seen this?

In all seriousness tho, my phone tells me which RBS Im connected to on the upper right intermittently, sont know why/how it does this...and why it only does it randomly...

ive only seen this when changing audio racks it tells me what track is currently playing momentarily
