So I ordered an N95-2
Well I lost my N95-1 on Friday night, had a big night out (Don't ask)
I was thinking about going an iPhone, but was gonna cost too much to pay out my contract (as it is, this is costing me another $40 on top of my current plan)
I was reading this thread ( N95-2 (8GB) Firmware Upgrade Info & Change Logs) and noticed: * New multimedia menu, with Nokia's Ovi content integration
What does this do? I've seen screen shots of the MM menu but that's about it, do you like it better or worse that the N95-1? how's it integrate with Ovi? Would you now use Ovi over PC Suite? Sorry about the 10 questions but curious about it :-)
Also what do you like/dislike about the phone compared to the N95-1?
Looking forward till when it arrives :-)

Glad you made a wise move mate. You won't regret it.!
I love my N95-2, and the OVI link is handy, however, I have ShoZu installed, and have my Ovi account linked to that, and when i upload a photo to OVI, it automatically uploads to my other sites such as FlickR etc all within the same price of one upload.
I tried the OVI Suite this morning, and have experienced issues with it already which is a shame, but Im hoping its down to the processes on my laptop slowing it down, AVG was scanning at the time I was Synchronising my N95 photos with it, and it froze.
As to the N95-2 differences over the N95-1, you already know these no doubt Angus, however, when I first got mine, I was a little miffed at the size of the keys on the front slide below the screen, however, the more I use the handset, the better they actually feel, and seem more responsive that those of my N95-1.
Having no camera lens is the only let down in my book, but even this is easily changed for a replacement, which are very cheap to buy new.

I know where your coming from, but having used AVG for several years, im kind of loyal to it, but having said that, I was with Zone Alarms too, but since that didn't support Vista, I moved to Comodo, which had some teething problems, but now its running great. I may look into this Avast!

Hehehehe... Here's a letter a mate emailed AVG :P
Dear AVG,
I'm just touching base to see how you are going with the move? Please let me know if you need any more help packing your bags and moving out of my computer. As we discussed this isn't personal, and I do recognise all the good times we had arguing about whether or not a keygen had a trojan in it, but I'm sorry. I really am. Whilst I support you pushing for ways to monetize your free service and I do fully support your ongoing development, I cant help but feel your nag screens are just, well, a nag. Also the way you decide you have to reboot my system at least 8 times in the last month and indeed slow down performance until I have rebooted... thats just not the good times I'd like to remember. Lastly, to be candid, I'm no genius or anything but your automatic scanning of websites feature isn't strong.
So, my dear AVG. My dear dear old friend. I'm happy that you are growing and changing but I feel that we are both growing and changing... apart. So please get the **** off my computers and remove your 1's and 0's today as i have Nod moving in when i get home and we're going to go trawling for chm's.
Yours,
Dri

Yeah I wish the memory was expandable, mind you I only went to a 4GB card with my N95-1... the problem with Nokia phones is once you've set yourself a limit on the phone, the next phone up is a big jump in price... This is costing me an extra $40AU ontop of my existing plan, I'm gonna struggle to make ends meet but I'll manage (I might save up a bit and wipe my existing N95-1 repayments out in one hit)
I'm not too worried about the keys, most of the reviews say they seem weird at first, but they're an improvement on the N95-1 once you get used to 'em.. (And I'm liking the bigger screen)
I can vouch for Avast! Been using it for years...
