Silent mode shortcut on N95-4?!

I loved the shortcut on my N95-3 of holding down the "#" key to go into silent mode. This appears not to work on the N95-4. Is there some way to enable it? I miss this little feature!

I think this shortcut only works on an N95-4 with euro firmware.Read this on a site recently.
It also said this shortcut is listed in phone manual.

Shortest path to silence: tap the power button three times, then hold it down for a second.

Or use 'FlipSilent', no buttons needed.

No euro firmware for N95-4 man.
