Music Manager wont download

Hi there,
I have been trying to download my mp3 music files from my PC by using the Music Manager provided in Nokia PC Suit.It just wont copy to my N95 when set on conversion (to M4A). Copy to phone works when I disable conversion. Ripping a CD including conversion works fine.
So far I have succeded to transfer music by using Windows Media Player 11. Problem with that is that you can't converte mp3 files to eAAC+ (M4A) for less memory consumption on phone.
Anybody succeded in tranferring with Nokia Music Manager, any tricks? I have reported problem to Nokia helpdesk, in spite of their guidance throuh the process it did not work.
Is it possible to set Windows Media Player to convert from mp3 to M4A?

You must have the phone in PC Suite mode when connected to your PC.

Then used the 'copy to mobile' option in music manager.

Thanks Gadgetman, that's the way I did it. Have you succeeded in copying Mp3 files that way?

Not done it on my N95, but regularly did on my N80 and my sis-in-law does on here N80 too.
