changing language in sms

hi. this is a great forum. i am generally happy with my new phone. have a newbie question. i have a hong kong phone. i want to be able to quickly change from english to simplified chinese within an sms. is there a one or two button solution to this? the long road is: menu, tools, settings, general, personalization, language, written language. thanks for any guidance.

While you are messaging: Options -> Writing language -> Simplified Chinese
