Yup, all the feedback I've read/heard about touch screen keyboards is that they just don't cut it for typing/texting.

Sorry but this wasn't meant to be a thread about the iphone, it may be good, it may be bad, and i know that people who have already made their minds up about either probably have a rather sound justification for that as a mac mini user myself

but back to the reason we use this site

now i have my new phone i can't get the license for the sat nav working again

anythoughts?

From what I see, I think the problems are more with your network operator than the phone itself... You mentioned you paid for the 1-year sat nav license right? So, I don't see any reason why you can't use it...

orange have told me again and again the sat nav license is nothing to do with them, so its trying to get nokia to send it to me again without having to repay

which is much easier said then done

This is why I always go with O2. They don't lock the handset down to a network and the don't put on their own restrictive branded software. Aside from the wallpaper, it's vanilla. Same for my K800i and K750i before that...
