Using music player

If I am using music Player , ie listening to MP3's, and an incoming call comes in does the musc player cut out and does the headphone attachment have a built in mic so that i do not have to remove the headphones?
Also what is the small switch on the headphone attachment and what are the buttons for? Can't find any explanation in the manual.
Thanks

I haven't used the headphones or remote that came with the phone but yes, you can keep using the built-in phone mic if you are not using the remote (the phone will ask you when you first plug in the headphones).

I believe if you are using the Nokia headphones and remote than you can talk into the remote instead of the phone mic.

If you are listening to music with the haedphones and the balck and silver attachment then you can answer and end the call using the button on its own on the silver front with the handset logo on it.

If you hold it down you can voice dial. The music pauses.

The other three buttons on the front are play/pause, forward and back. These three, and the volume control on the side only work if the slider switch is set to the on (white dot) position.

It does have a mic, I think its the little hole at the end of the 'NOKIA' logo.
