HI I dont know if everyone know that there is a new firmware for N95 its 12.0.014 Date 13/07/07. I just updated mine. I hae found one problem already. The txt message is really slow I mean really really slow. Well it has been only 30 mins that I updated my phone so if I find anything else out I will post it here.

just do a reset *#7370#...or if it doesnt work,turn off ur fone then press *,3,and green button,all at the same tym...then turn ur fone on still holding the 3 buttons....

but be sure to back up ur contacts....

Is your phone RM-159 or something else?

U sure its not 12.0.013 ?

Hi, I am a new user. I followed the forum info on how to download and install the new firmware but everytime I tried to install new firmware, the phone lost connection thru the USB. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes. You aren't searching on the forum properly.

The upgrade process disconnects the USB connection from the phone to the pc a few times.

Have you tried letting it run until the end?

If it won't complete, make sure you are not using a USB hub, otherwise try a different USB port on your PC.

evwoo try a different USB port. The USB ports on the front of many PC's have very thin wires not designed for USB2.0 speeds, so high speed devices may fail during heavy use. Plug it in a rear USB port and see how that goes.

Mine's generic Asian Version (I think...) But When I run the updater it says I have the latest firmware???

No, RM-159 is the common worldwide version with 3G and Wifi
13.01 is the same code as mine (purchased in AUS).
